In order to enhance employees' occupational skills, improve work efficiency, and adapt to the trend of information generalization in the workplace, an office software application training was conducted in the company conference room during the afternoon. The training covered various aspects including software foundation, chart production, comprehensive examples, and drawing design. A total of 15 employees participated in this training session which was led by Tan Ren, our business manager who served as a lecturer. The training adopted a combination of theoretical analysis and practical exercises with the aim of improving participants' basic skills in using application software.
The training can be divided into four main stages:
1) In the first stage, there was a brief summary on why it is necessary to receive application software training along with an introduction to office software.
2) The second stage focused on providing step-by-step analysis and guidance on operating and utilizing different types of software.
3) During the third stage, colleagues had opportunities to ask questions related to their daily use of software applications which were answered by our knowledgeable trainer.
4) The fourth stage involved interactive discussions where colleagues shared their experiences and challenges encountered while using office software or implementing new business systems. Practical suggestions were also put forward.
Through this well-rounded training program, we have successfully improved occupational skills among staff members within our distribution business department. This has provided us with more efficient ways for processing business data while ensuring performance statistics are clear and transparent. Enhancing application software skills will contribute towards smoother workflow progress as well as better adaptation to increasingly fierce market competition through effective utilization of new business systems.
